Secure a nextcloud instance on Debian 7 Wheezy that can no longer get certificates via certbot

We were running a shared NextCloud instance at nextcloud.libreinfra.org for sometime on Debian GNU/Linux 7 Wheezy. It was setup on a shared hosting tool that is no longer maintained (Manu would know the details), upgrading the host was not possible.
